The V.I. Picture of the Month - March 2003

Here we pull out a scanned picture from our collection or contributors that is related to either the V.I. past or present. New VI Hostel

The 70-year-old V.I. Headmaster's bungalow was demolished in August 2002 and work started on August 14 on a new hostel block for the School. It will have two buildings and a large hall in between and will provide accommodation for 400 students and some teachers as well. This addition will significantly increase the V.I.'s current hostel population. The new block is scheduled to be completed in May 2004.
